OBC Commission of Sikkim gets a new Chairman

Gangtok, 25 May, 2012:

TN Sharma has been appointed as the Chairman of the Sikkim Commission for Backward Classes.

The Home Department notification No. 27/ Home/ 2012 dated 24 May 2012 reads that in exercise of the powers conferred by the sub- section (4) of section 3 of Sikkim Commission for Backward Classes Act, 1993 the State Government has been pleased to appoint TN Sharma as the Chairman of the Sikkim Commission for Backward Classes with immediate effect.
