17th Gyalwa Karmapa Trinley Thaye Dorje reaches Hungary
Gangtok, 29 June 2012:
His Holiness the 17th Gyalwa Karmapa Trinley Thaye Dorje landed at Hungary today and had a very busy schedule the whole day out at Budapest informs a press release. His Holiness had meetings with journalists, officials and politicians, made several interviews for Hungarian press, TV and radio and participated in a ceremony of inserting a time-capsule into a block of concrete – the foundation stone of a new reconstruction of the Diamond Way Buddhist center in Budapest, Hungary. At the end of the day, Lama Ole delivered dharma lecture and His Holiness enjoyed a few moments getting to know Budapest.
HH Gyalwa Karmapa will start his program in the Becske retreat center tomorrow with the empowerment to Dzambhala, beginning the preparations at 10am local time. His Holiness will be in Hungary till July 1, 2012. His scheduled engagements during the course of his stay here at Becske, shall be as below: June 29: Teachings: “The Bodhisattva Way of life / Bodhicarya Avatara at 3 PM. June 30: Empowerment of White Umbrella (Dukar) at 2 PM and; Bodhisattava Promise on July 01.
On July 9th, His Holiness shall visit the United Kingdom for about a week.

@Tenam….your way of talking makes me feel that you are a Tibetan but you are not a buddhist, you seem to be just another blind-folded disciple of the Tibetan Government In Exile, why should His Holiness the Karmapa follow and obey the Karmapas?
There were no Dalai Lamas when the world had the 7th Karmapa, funny that you talk senseless
