Drug peddler arrested in Sikkim

Gangtok, 1 June 2012:

Sadar Police arrested 27 years-old Prem Bhujel, resident of Swastik Burtuk on Wednesday night with illicit drugs.

According to the police some reliable source informed the police about Bhujel being indulged in drugs peddling. The police team raided his house on Wednesday evening at 8 PM and recovered 2088 Spasmo Proxyvon Capsules, 68 N-10 and 6 bottles Eskuf syrup.

Police has filed a case of double offense under section 9/14 as he was arrested in January 2010 also in connection with drug peddling and was released on bail.
