Miss North East contest to be held in Guwahati on May 24

The 11th edition of Sunsilk Mega Miss North East will be held live on May 24 at ITI Cultural Complex, Guwahati. The event styled and powered by designer/fashion choreographer Abhijeet Singha is being organised by Mega Entertainment, the official producer of the event.

The pageant will feature the most beautiful young women of the region from all across different cities, districts of Assam, Arunachal, Meghalaya, Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura will travel to this host city for almost 10 days of activities leading up to the live show.

During the strong competition the contestants will be judged in three categories: Traditional wear, Evening Gown Presentation and Personality Interview as they vie for the coveted title of Sunsilk Mega Miss North East 2013.

Zennyla Bhutia from Sikkim is the reigning Sunsilk Mega Miss North East. She along with the 1st and 2nd Runners up, Preeti Thapa (Meghalaya) and Ibethoi Thokchom (Manipur)  will crown their successors at the conclusion of the pageant.

The Sunsilk Mega Miss North East 2013 prize package includes: 1 Lakh cash prize, exclusive crowns by Tanishq, Fashion Wardrobe by Reliance Trends, extensive travel opportunities representing sponsors and charitable partners and professional representation by Mega Entertainment
