Cultural Affairs and Heritage Department, Government of Sikkim, North East Cultural Centre, Dimapur is jointly organizing a three day long Lok Natya Utsav starting from 30th June till 2nd July 2011 at community hall Pakyong.

The main objective of the program is to observe the culture of North East region and to promote the same in the national and in the international level.

During the occasion different community from across the NE region will perform and exhibition their cultural informs a press release.
