The General Secretary of Sikkim Archery Association (SAA) Dr. KB Gurung has been nominated to represent India in the ‘World Archery Event Organizer’s Seminar’ by the Archery Association of India (AAI), New Delhi.

The World Archery Event Organizer’s Seminar is scheduled to start from 9th of September till 13th of September in Shanghai, China. Dr. Gurung will be attending the ‘World Archery Championship, Stage IV’ from India.

This year only two officials have been selected for the event from India. The President and members of Sikkim Archery Association have congratulated Gurung for being nominated in such a prestigious event. Dr. Gurung has expressed his happiness for being nominated to represent the country in such a prestigious event and has also mentioned that the knowledge received from the event will help the players of state to enhance their skill in archery and will also help the development of archery in state in days to come.

Dr. Gurung will be leaving on 7th of September for the event.
