Sikkim: Cleanliness drive begins in West Pandam

Cleanliness drive was carried out today here in Government Primary School premises of Sawney under West Pandam constituency. The cleanliness drive was coordinated by Regina Rai along with the volunteers of Bethsaida Christian Church of Sikkim.

Headmaster of Sawney Primary School Mr Mohan Neeraj Pradhan and staffs of the school had also participated during the cleanliness campaign on the first day of school opening after long winter vacation.

It may be recalled that Bethsaida Christian Church of Sikkim had cleaned Ayurvedic Orthopedic Hospital few days back.

“It was a very good initiative by Bethsaida Christian Church of Sawney on implementing this social cleanliness campaign ‘Clean Sawney’.  Sawney which is one of the most happening wards of West Pendam Constituency,” said the headmaster.

The school management also thanked the volunteers for their social well being for today’s initiative.
