IDCC football tournament that has been the major attraction during the Independence Day Celebrations at Rolep School Ground is set to kick off soon. Pirthi Maya (Gold Plated) Cup in its third year invites all football teams across the State can showcase their skills to the local crowds.

According to the information received from the member of the Organizing Committee Mr. PM Rai, the tournament is in its final year and whoever wins the coveted trophy, the cup shall be gifted to them. The last date of joining is stated to be till July 18 where the winner of the final match shall also be awarded with the cash prize of Rs, 20, 000 while the runners-up team shall take away the cash prize of Rs. Rs 12,000 . The tournament shall be seven a sided game and the entry fees per team for the tournament is Rs. 1100/- only.
