The Jain Group, a finance and real estate organization called on the Indian Football Icon Bhaichung Bhutia in order to endorse there new Dream Hotel and Valley project. Mr. Bhutia also happens to be the brand ambassador of this grand project.

Siliguri being the gateway and the main hub of the North East India can be made an ideal luxury destination for the people of the North East. Therefore in order to fulfill this the Jain Group is coming up with projects to change the mode of lifestyle and the skyline in these regions with “Dream Hotel” and “Dream Valley”, a first of its kind five star hotel and premium luxury five star lifestyle condominium respectively.

Addressing the media Mr. Shrayans Jain, Vice Chairman, Jain Group said that the reason behind selecting Siliguri as the prime location for this mega project is the presence of basic infrastructure, easy availability of raw materials, abundance of talent pool, lack of organized player in the hospitality sector, favourable market reach and smooth connectivity with major metros. Further he added that Siliguri being the gateway to the Nort Eastern corridor of the country holds an important destination for the business circle and its close proximity to exotic tourist locations adds another potential.

Mr. Rishi Jain, Director, Jain Group explained the architectural plan of the hotel through a presentation. With a built up area of about 1 lakh sq. feet having a capacity of 100 rooms along with 3 banquet halls, 24 hour coffee shop and 3 specialty fine dining restaurants the Dream Hotel project will have an estimated investment of Rs. 100 crores, and the Dream Valley project includes facilities like mini theatre, lounge, outdoor amphitheatre, indoor games arena, library and playground for children.

The estimated cost is of over Rs 130 crores with an area of more than 6 lakh sq. feet, informs Mr. Jain. The project is expected to complete within a span of three years. Since the project focuses the business field too therefore it seems like the business men from in and around the region do not have to go all the way to Kolkata for any higher business meet as the Dream Hotel will have the state of the art facilities with international specifications.

Also congratulating and wishing them luck Mr. Bhaichung Bhutia said that the Dream Valley and Dream Hotel project by the Jain Group is something to be reckoned and it seems to be hopeful in upgrading the standard for day to day lifestyle and business meets. Being at Siliguri which is the easily accessible and most sought place in the North East it will be convenient for the people of this region to have a luxurious lifestyle, concluded Mr. Bhutia.
