  1. Computer

I have a vague picture how ACCENTURE got this project which i care least of right now, but the no of computer engineers are increasing day by day in Sikkim but they get the job of only computer operator in the name of system officer, technical officer , computer programmer, data manager, etc.. with a nominal salary of Rs 10,000 on contractual basis and yet the government want every Sikkimese to become computer literate but looking at the condition of the computer engineers in Sikkim I doubt that any one is going to pursue computer for higher studies. Please create good scope for computer engineers in Sikkim. One fact is that Technology has not been taken seriously in Sikkim because most of the government officials believe that they do not require it & installation of biometric equipments in the government offices has also been a nightmare for the government officials but they cannot run away from the technology. WAKE UP SIKKIM GOVERNMENT.
