SDF, CEC meeting held

An important meeting of the Central Executive Committee of Sikkim Democratic Front party was held at the party head office at Indira By pass, Gangtok.

The meeting was attended by party members from all the four districts of the State and it discussed on some important issues related to the party. Speaking to the supporters Party President Dr. Pawan Chamling stressed the need to function according to the party principals and also said that those who want to be associated with SDF for their selfish motives can never be a true party man.

The gathering was also reminded of the historic feat that the SDF Government had achieved for the people of Sikkim by defeating the then Government of Sikkim Sangram Parishad. He further pledged to all who were present to help the Government to achieve its target of making Sikkim the best State. He also stated that some of the opposition and anti social elements are trying to create conflict and confusion in the people regarding some of the policy decisions of the ruling Government and also called upon the party supporters to face such negative opposition with dignity and guide the public in the right path.

    i totally agree with CM sir, there are few person, for their own vested interst wanted to create situation like JnK and other neighbouring states, where there is no security for women n young men and have to live their life with fear every day n night. These anti social element does not care for us n our family n envy the peace n commual harmony maintained by our beloved CM sir.
    I FOR ONE STRONGLY CONDEMN THEIR ANTI SOCIAL ACTIVITIES N APPEAL TO ALL MY SIKKIMESE BROTHERS N SISTERS TO THINK POSITIVE N UR RESULT WILL BE POSITIVE.
    I PRAY FOR HIM TO GOVERGN SIKKIM FOR LONG TIME AS I AM CONCERNED FOR FUTURE GENERATION.
