Nine member team of Healthy Self head for Nepal

The president of Vividh Kala Akademi of Sikkim Mr. Kiran Rasaily today flagged off a nine member team of “Healthy Self” to Nepal.

A newly formed organization headed by its founder Mr. Thukchuk Lachungpa will be demonstrating the Yoga skills during the special camp to be held at Kathmandu and Pokhara from 23rd till 25th July.The team from Sikkim has been specially invited by Swami Haridasji and the members of Raja Manav Samiti of Kathmandu to teach yoga in Nepal.

Speaking to media Mr. Lachungpa said that he wants to give message to public regarding health as due to consumption of medicine and its side effects 50% of the people across the nation die. Whereas by practicing yoga or taking good care of health one must enjoy the happiness and remain fit stated Mr. Lachungpa and added that the practice of yoga is a cure to every disease along with mental peace too.

Whereas Mr. Kiran Rasaily in his address informed that Yoga is best medicine for health so that we have to adopt it and at the same time Mr. Rasaily even encouraged Mr. Lachungpa and congratulated the nine member team accompanying Mr. Lachungpa to Nepal.
