Dr Pawan Chamling, CM-Sikkim needs to be congratulated for innovating the idea of capacity building institutes and setting up it all over Sikkim. This programme has empowered the youth of Sikkim with enhanced skills leading them to be a positive contributor to themselves as well as to the society. Employment to all is thus not far away. This helps the youth as well as the coming generation to respect and love WORK. A great future for all those who are born in Sikkim. Work is worship.
