Amitabh Bachchan to call Sikkim earthquake victims on KBC

Amitabh Bachchan wants to call the victims of Sikkim earthquake on his quiz show Kaun Banega Crorepati (KBC). The actor and anchor of the show tweeted on Tuesday night.

Amitabh is worried as many quake-hit villages in north east India still remain unattended by the administration. He tweeted, “Conversing with gentleman from Darjeeling .. stating that several villages still unattended to after quake and in desperate condition If there are some people that are reading this please inform concerned Government authorities of condition in Darjeeling area.”
Bachchan is planning to invite people from the quake-hit area on KBC. He tweeted, “Calling people to KBC affected from the quake we shall endeavour .. as far as charity goes, believe it needs to be done not talked of.”
Amitabh has shown his generosity many a time on his show. He and his celebrity guests have donated millions for charity through KBC. ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’ is the Indian version of the world famous British quiz show ‘Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?’
