Universal Peace Federation contributes for Sikkim quake victims

On the evening 13th of Oct. 2011 a team of Universal Peace Federation of Sikkim led by its President Shri G. M. Gurung (on behalf of UPF-India & International) donated Rs. 1 Lakh 11 Thousand (Rs. 1,11,000/-) to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund for the 18/9 Earthquake victims throughout Sikkim. The donation has been made on behalf of the Founder of the Universal Peace Federation and its Chairman, Rev. Hyung Jin Moon

Dr. Pawan Chamling thanked UPF for its all generosity and solidarity in such a tragic time.

The UPF-International condoled for Sikkimese People.

A Press Release said, “We know that Sikkim is a small but beautiful Himalayan state of the nation of India, with warm-hearted, generous people.” The Sikkim govt. said that “We know that you have always been lending assistance and aid wherever possible to those in need. We very much appreciate the good cooperation and mutual respect that exists between the people of Sikkim with the Universal Peace Federation.”

    Dear Editor,
    I dont know why our leaders always get into some cult groups,sir/mam, kindly google about this organisation…i found some interesting things about them. the founder is a controversial figure.
