Sikkim: CM offers prayers in Shiva Mandir at Khola Ghari

Sawan is supposed to be an auspicious and the holy month especially for offering prayers to Lord Shiva.The Chief Minister Pawan Chamling along with his wife Tika Maya Chamling  visited Shiva Mandir at Khola Ghari and offered their prayers recently.

During the visit to the temple Mr. and Mrs.Chamling prayed for the well being of the people of Sikkim and for peace and serene which prevails in the state.

The Chief Minister Chamling and Tika Maya Chamling took part in the Yagya performed at the temple.

He also met with the various priests in the temple and requested them to pray for the well being of the people as well as for the state of Sikkim.

Later in the afternoon, the Chief Minister along with his wife also visited Sideshvara Dham in Solophok and offered their prayers in the dham.
