Sathya Sai Baba health critical

Health of a spiritual leader Sathya Sai Baba continues to be critical. Latest health Bulletin describes him being in a very critical state of health. The vital organs of the body are not responding and heart has also become quite weak.

86-year-old Sathya Sai Baba was hospitalised on March 28 following problems related to heart and respiration. From then on Baba’s health kept on deteriorating.

“The parameters of the functioning of the various organs of the body are also erratic and every attempt is being made to keep them in the normal limits by the administration of appropriate drugs,” a health bulletin issued said.

One successful cycle of low haemodialysis was conducted to assist the kidney functioning. Doctors are continuing vigorous efforts to make the vital organs recommence their function, the bulletin said.

Amidst all this, his devotees began flocking to his base, Puttaparthi. Administration has also imposed section 144 and high level meeting was called on by Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy to assess the situation.

Meanwhile the members of the Sathya Sai Central Trust, the apex body controlling the vast empire have arrived in Puttaparthi for an emergency meeting. The meeting is expected to discuss various issues including sucession.

    Om Sri Sai Ram. Our Devotion,Faith and Confidence is what is needed -for us to show our love for Swami. Not gathering and praying. Baba does not need us to pray for a few hours and get back to our bad habits. He can take care of Himself and all of us – can we just be the good people and true devotees and this will encourage Baba to recover. right now the politics that prevail in Centres , temples, other places of worship are causing agitation to Swami- We can make the difference by letting Our Lives be His message.
    So don’t fool yourselves- are you a devotee or are you a DEVOTEE? Your good thoughts and actions will help more than any other false action.
