Two matches of the 6th Inter Constituency Football Tournament was played yesterday. In the first match between Chakung-Soreng and Rinchenpong, Chakung won by a single goal scored by Ram Bahadur Pradhan, jersey number 16. The second match between Melli and Lachen Mangan was won by Lachen Mangan ( 01-02) for which the goal was scored by Ganga Bahadur Chettri and Suman Kalikotey. This tournament is being played as a part of Maghey Sanskrati celebrations. The final of the same will be held on 16th of January 2011 at Jorethang play ground.

The 6th Inter constituency Rural festival for girls will start from 7th January between Zoom-Salghari Vs Rhenock at 11:30 a.m. Meanwhile, the next match of the football tournament will be played between Namchi Singhithang Vs Dzongu at 2 p.m. at the same venue.
