Red Ribbon Club under the Himali Sangh of lower Dalapchan, East Sikkim organized a one day Programme on HIV AIDS at lower Dalapchan area on 29th of November 2010.

The Programme was chaired by Sangh President, Mr T.N Poudyal accompanied by the resource person, Bio-Science Teacher of Dalpachan Government Sec. School who spoke on HIV/ AIDS. He also enumerated the reasons for its spread and the preventive methods that can be taken to avoid it. Around thirty local youths of different NGOs including General Secretary of Himali Sangh were present in the programme.
