Gangtok, Nov. 22
A Gangtok based Social Organization, Subha Laxmi participated in the ‘No Horn Campaign’ initiated by the Traffic Police wing on the morning of 20th November, 2010 for one hour. Sixteen members of the organization stood with ‘No Horn’ placards at different points between Lall Bazaar to Ranka Stand and from Hospital Dara to Zero Point to Tashiling Secretariat from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
