I just wanted to know why sunpharma hasn’t started night shifts for all ladies staffs?.
As I was with SunPharma before working as a TTA and as discussed by the plant head, he told us that night shift would strictly started for all the executives including even the ladies staff. and working 12hrs became compulsory and the same would apply for the night shifts. because of this reason I had to resign unwillingly along with my colleague as working 12 hours continuosly on a night shift was not possible. They didn’t gave us a choice. and resigning from the company was only last resort. This was a unfair mean to chuck out the local employees from the factory. and as to my knowledge they didn’t start night shift for ladies staff for all the departments.
