Around 1200 Sashastra Seema Bal personnel from Darjeeling, Kalimpong, Malda, Uttar Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Assam, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarkhand who have been trained by the Volunteers Guerrilla Association took out a rally in the capital today.

The rally which started from M G. Marg concluded at Zero Point. It was also informed that it will submit a memorandum to the Chief Minister of Sikkim regarding their various demands. Speaking with reporters Mr Bishnu Khanal, General Secretary of Association said that S.S.B was envisaged and formed in 1962 under the leadership of Late Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru.
