Gangtok, August 25: The ruling Sikkim Democratic Front (SDF) today criticised dissident party MLA P S Tamang for describing Sikkim Prevention and Control of Disturbance of Public Order Bill as a “black” bill. Describing Tamang and his supporters as allegedly those who are “desperate and disappointed” over their “unrealised ambitions”, a SDF Party release today asserted that the state government had decided to withdraw the bill in the Assembly only to remove misconceptions, if any, about it from the minds of the people.
