Two girls arrested with banned drugs

Sadar Police arrested one Binita Tamang age 21 and her under age friend on 25th June in possession of illegal drugs from Manvir colony, Burtuk.

The duo had 69 loose capsules of Spasmo Proxivon, 50 N–10 tablets, 4 empty boxes and 14 empty capsules of Spasmo Proxivon, and 1 each empty bottle of Corex cough syrup and Recodex cough syrup when arrested. The accused peddlers were looking for prospective buyers at the time of arrest, as informed by police sources.

Police have filed a case under Sikkim Anti Drug Act (SADA) 2006 at Sadar Police Station against them.
