As per the functions assigned to the Sikkim Commission for Protection of Child Rights vide section 31 of Protection of Child Rights Act 18.01.2008 of Government of Sikkim, the Commission has set up a “Child Helpline” accessible by SMS and telephone which will receive the complaint made by the aggrieved child or guardian and register the complaint regarding violation of rights of a child in a manner that records his or her identity.

All complaints to the Helpline shall be monitored through a transparent and alert action for subsequent redressal.
